Golf Slicers is a seller of second-hand goods, and all goods are sold on an ‘as is’ basis. Golf Slicers makes reasonable efforts to ensure that information provided regarding the nature and condition of the Goods is correct and complete, however, Golf Slicers may be reliant on information provided by suppliers of the goods to Golf Slicers and may be unable to verify all such information independently.
Eligibility for Returns

We do not offer returns for change of mind.

Returns will only be accepted if the products are faulty or defective (excluding anything disclosed on the product listing).

Returned Goods must be in the same condition as received by you and must be returned with any packaging materials provided.
Returns Process

Submitting a Return Request: If you have received a product which you believe is faulty, please contact our Customer Support to arrange a refund, replacement or repair at info@golfslicers.com.au. Please provide additional details, including photos of the Goods, to help us assess your request.

Confirmation: Golf Slicers will assess whether your request complies with this policy and will provide you with return directions, if applicable, via email. Do not return the Goods without receiving confirmation.

Returning Goods: If you receive a confirmation that your return request is accepted, the Goods must be sent to the return address indicated on your order or shipping information within 7 days of the confirmation being sent to you.

Assessing Return: We will do our best to assess your request within 30 days of receipt of the returned Goods. Where a product is found to have a defect, Golf Slicers may (at its sole discretion): (i) refund the price paid for the Goods (including a partial refund); (ii) replace the Goods; (iii) have the Goods repaired; or (iv) pay the cost of having the Goods replaced or repaired. The outcome of the assessment will be notified to you via email. We will contact you to discuss arrangements for repair/replacement, if applicable.

Processing of Refund: If a refund is initiated, the refund amount (including cost of returns) will be credited to the same account used by you to purchase the Goods. Refunds for defective/faulty goods are typically processed within 5-7 business days. If you do not receive the amount within this time, please contact our Customer Support at info@golfslicers.com.au.
